Welcome to zucocoffee.com (the 'Site'). Below is the lowdown on how we work. 

 

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

 

1. Transaction Currency and Pricing

All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

2. Shipping and Delivery Within Hong Kong

Hong Kong area delivery is available to all areas via SF Express. We will post your orders around four days or order placement and, in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 4-7 days of the shipping date.

3. Customer Service


ZUCO Coffee Roasters is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We pack and ship all orders within 2-4 business day of purchase; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

4. Returns and Refund Policy

We’re very sorry, all coffee products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or contaminated. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit. If your coffee product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us via email at zucocoffee@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please DO NOT return any coffee product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

Returns:
For instances where product is damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):


No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
• Change of mind
• Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
• Incorrect orders made by the recipient

 

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed.

Please note:
• Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid by buyer.

5. Errors


Whilst ZUCO Coffee Roasters takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the ZUCO Coffee Roasters website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by ZUCO Coffee Roasters that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.

 

ZUCO Coffee Roasters reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of ZUCO Coffee Roasters. ZUCO Coffee Roasters will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on the ZUCO Coffee website or in any other document or information issued by ZUCO Coffee Roasters.

 

6. Warranties

ZUCO Coffee Roasters products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The ZUCO Coffee Roasters website and all contents of this site are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
