Cascara, which means “husk,” “peel” or “skin” in Spanish, is the dried skins of coffee cherries. These pulped skins are collected after the seeds (coffee beans) have been removed from the cherries. Instead of tasting like coffee, you are more likely to get a sweet, fruity, tea-like flavour.

Hot Brew: Use 1 tea bag to 300ml of 95ºC hot water (or mix a teaspoon of honey). Steep for 5 minutes.Cold Brew: Use 1 tea bag to 350ml of cold water. Place in the fridge for 14-16 hours.
