La Libertad
El Salvador is located in Central America, bordering Guatemala and Honduras to the north. Its terrain is dominated by mountains and plateaus, with many volcanoes. Among them, the Santa Ana active volcano is 2,385 meters above sea level and is the highest peak in the country. The main coffee varieties in El Salvador are Pacas, Bourbon, Pacamara and Typica.
It is built on the Balsam ridge in the Talnique area of La Libertad province. There is a fertile land on this mountain range. Every afternoon, a layer of mist will drift from the top of the mountain. The microclimate on the mountain becomes special, so it is favored by local estate owners. Selected as a treasure land for coffee cultivation. This allows the coffee cherries to be fully nourished and rich in sugar, creating this distinctive coffee.Espresso Extraction:
